The secret of perfect pitch…?!

I have perfect pitch in the treble region but not bass, and I absolutely agree that relative pitch is more important. That said, I’m hoping to be able to train to hear lower pitches as accurately as the higher ones. Do you think it’s possible?

Yup, I do think so! What you need is to let your ears get used to the lower pitches, but it will take some time…… At least some aural training will help to improve your aural a bit.
